We had an amazing experience with Phelps and Cohen. They were so patient and thorough in explaining the process of getting palate expanders and braces for my child. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and they made sure my child felt comfortable every step of the way. We’re already seeing great results, and I’m confident my child is in the best hands. Highly recommend!

One of our children just got his braces off and now the other is going through the process of getting them on. Everything about Phelps & Cohen is easy as it is well run. My son says that everyone who works there is very nice;-). I have to agree, it is a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We have been so impressed by Phelps and Cohen. Not only were they recommended by many friends, but my own dentist told us about them as well. They are friendly, professional and well organized. They immediately made my son feel at ease and explained everything to him before beginning. The care we have received has been outstanding!
The staff are very nice and kind. They are very caring because they ask if something hurts. The office is clean and nice. They are friendly and my parents are not afraid or scared to ask questions about my treatment. They are very thorough in their explanations about treatments.
Everyone is extremely nice. Very kid friendly and the doctors explain things easy enough for me to understand. They don't get mad at me if I mess something up.
They are super nice and very gentle especially when putting your appliances in.It's a fun office .They have sport days,contests, and secret word of the month.I would recommend them!
After 13 years, we are once again at Phelps & Cohen. I expected some things to change, but I didn't expect staff from way back when to still be there. It says a lot when people stay, and I wasn't in the least surprised. The office is now more tech and runs very much to schedule. Something in which I am truly grateful. Service, Respect and Appreciation is displayed through out the office, which only proves that once again I made the right choice in choosing in Phelps & Cohen Orthodontists for my children.
