Phelps & Cohen Orthodontics Review

My daughter got braces today. She informed the staff that she was a little nervous because she has never had braces before. The staff was amazing! They were patient, let her ask any and all questions, made her feel totally comfortable and praised her for being a good patient. They made an effort to connect with her to the extent that, knowing pink is her favorite color, made sure she got a pink hygiene kit. It was an amazing first experience and my daughter has no apprehensions about going back for her checkups. I would also like to give a shout out to the finance person who walked me through the contract and payment process. It was quick, easy and painless. Thanks to the entire staff!
