We had an amazing experience with Phelps and Cohen. They were so patient and thorough in explaining the process of getting palate expanders and braces for my child. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and they made sure my child felt comfortable every step of the way. We’re already seeing great results, and I’m confident my child is in the best hands. One of our children just got his braces off and now the other is going through the process of getting them on. Everything about Phelps & Cohen is easy as it is well run. My son says that everyone who works there is very nice;-). I have to agree, it is a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We have been so impressed by Phelps and Cohen. Not only were they recommended by many friends, but my own dentist told us about them as well. They are friendly, professional and well organized. They immediately made my son feel at ease and explained everything to him before beginning. The care we have received has been outstanding!

Phelps and Cohen Orthodontics is amazing! No wonder I was referred by our dentist and so many of my friends for orthodontic care for my child. Very pleased with the process and outcome! Highly recommend for all your orthodontic needs.

I like Phelps and Cohen because when I got my braces off my teeth were really straight and I got a bag with candy and popcorn in it. The staff was super nice. During Halloween, there is a fun pumpkin decorating contest for the staff where the patients get to vote who wins. The patients can do online contests to win more points, so when they get their braces off they can get gift cards. There is also a large popcorn bucket where you can put your appointment cards and have a chance to win tickets to a movie. Depending on what holiday it is, there are fun decorations that go with it.
This place is family friendly. The stuff are amazing and fun.
We finally settled here for my daughter's treatment after visiting several orthodontists. Some orthodontists suggested that it may be necessary to pull out a few permanent teeth, but I had some concern about it. My daughter liked here at her first visit! Doctor Phelps made her not nervous, and we were happy for the treatment plan to keep all my daughter's permanent teeth.
The treatment is a long process. When we have any problem, the staff are always responsive and helpful. Hope to see my daughter's beautiful smile after the treatment!
