Phelps and Cohen is good because they have lots of surveys to improve their service, making them open to new ideas on patient care. They also support kids when they get their braces, which made both of my kids feel much better about getting their braces. I like how they have engaging contests and activities to keep it fun for the kids. I'm usually against earning points, but in this case, it definitely is a positive point for my children. I like how quickly they work and after so many appointments, one would expect some mistake or poor customer service, not here.
