Everyone from receptionists to doctors are friendly and welcoming. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments has always been very smooth. The waiting area is comfortable, but the wait is never long enough to enjoy the excellent selection of magazines. The explanation of the need for braces was very clear. Instructions for caring for teeth with braces were great.

Staff is super nice and friendly! They even gave a Jamba Juice gift card when we got the braces on!

My son has been getting treatment from Phelps and Cohen Orthodontics. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Also the visits are a breeze .. quick in and out... no delays and waits. I love this about them.
