We had an amazing experience with Phelps and Cohen. They were so patient and thorough in explaining the process of getting palate expanders and braces for my child. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and they made sure my child felt comfortable every step of the way. We’re already seeing great results, and I’m confident my child is in the best hands. Highly recommend!

One of our children just got his braces off and now the other is going through the process of getting them on. Everything about Phelps & Cohen is easy as it is well run. My son says that everyone who works there is very nice;-). I have to agree, it is a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We have been so impressed by Phelps and Cohen. Not only were they recommended by many friends, but my own dentist told us about them as well. They are friendly, professional and well organized. They immediately made my son feel at ease and explained everything to him before beginning. The care we have received has been outstanding!
We finally settled here for my daughter's treatment after visiting several orthodontists. Some orthodontists suggested that it may be necessary to pull out a few permanent teeth, but I had some concern about it. My daughter liked here at her first visit! Doctor Phelps made her not nervous, and we were happy for the treatment plan to keep all my daughter's permanent teeth.
The treatment is a long process. When we have any problem, the staff are always responsive and helpful. Hope to see my daughter's beautiful smile after the treatment!

It is easy and quick to get in and out of the building and all the staff are very friendly. The staff are also very careful making sure it doesn't hurt when they are putting braces on or something like that.
