We had an amazing experience with Phelps and Cohen. They were so patient and thorough in explaining the process of getting palate expanders and braces for my child. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and they made sure my child felt comfortable every step of the way. We’re already seeing great results, and I’m confident my child is in the best hands. One of our children just got his braces off and now the other is going through the process of getting them on. Everything about Phelps & Cohen is easy as it is well run. My son says that everyone who works there is very nice;-). I have to agree, it is a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We have been so impressed by Phelps and Cohen. Not only were they recommended by many friends, but my own dentist told us about them as well. They are friendly, professional and well organized. They immediately made my son feel at ease and explained everything to him before beginning. The care we have received has been outstanding!
Phelps and Cohen is good because they have lots of surveys to improve their service, making them open to new ideas on patient care. They also support kids when they get their braces, which made both of my kids feel much better about getting their braces. I like how they have engaging contests and activities to keep it fun for the kids. I'm usually against earning points, but in this case, it definitely is a positive point for my children. I like how quickly they work and after so many appointments, one would expect some mistake or poor customer service, not here.
