Staff is very polite at the Bascom Ave office. The office is immaculate and has a fun sports theme. They are very efficient to get the kids and parents in and out fast.

Nice staff and clean office!
My son just got his second round of braces on last week. We could not be more pleased with the staff. Everyone is always so nice, and helpful. In addition, they are always on time, which we really appreciate. The office is always clean and tidy, as well. We have recommend Phelps and Cohen to many friends of the past few years.
