The appointments are always quick and i loved the little gift bag they gave me after i got my braces. The lobby is also very nice. They have coffee, a charging station, and a brushing station to the side.

Phelps and Cohen staff are professional and accommodating. They care about my teeth and well-being. They make me feel welcome and comfortable.

The staff is super friendly and it makes me feel comfortable just being there, even if I enter by myself
