We had an amazing experience with Phelps and Cohen. They were so patient and thorough in explaining the process of getting palate expanders and braces for my child. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and they made sure my child felt comfortable every step of the way. We’re already seeing great results, and I’m confident my child is in the best hands. Highly recommend!

One of our children just got his braces off and now the other is going through the process of getting them on. Everything about Phelps & Cohen is easy as it is well run. My son says that everyone who works there is very nice;-). I have to agree, it is a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We have been so impressed by Phelps and Cohen. Not only were they recommended by many friends, but my own dentist told us about them as well. They are friendly, professional and well organized. They immediately made my son feel at ease and explained everything to him before beginning. The care we have received has been outstanding!
This is our first experience with orthodontics and it has been a really positive one so far. The facility is very clean and decorated with jerseys on the wall. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. They do an amazing job with making my child feel safe and explain everything that they are doing and never push him too hard or fast. They have amazing patience and answer all of his questions, even if it means trying to find multiple ways to say the same thing. We would highly recommend them to others.

We took out daughter for her second round of orthodontic treatment earlier this year. At first I was a little reluctant to fund more than a year or continued treatment when she had already progressed quite well in the first round. The people at Phelps and Cohen were extremely patient and explained the options and need for the second round of treatment. They had good knowledge of the tools of the trade and treatments. Overall, I am quite impressed with their treatment and customer service. :)
