We had an amazing experience with Phelps and Cohen. They were so patient and thorough in explaining the process of getting palate expanders and braces for my child. One of our children just got his braces off and now the other is going through the process of getting them on. Everything about Phelps & Cohen is easy as it is well run. My son says that everyone who works there is very nice;-). I have to agree, it is a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Phelps & Cohen has been so kind working with my younger daughter as she gets her expander ready for placement. They always give her an explanation of what's going to happen, and they take their time while they do their work. Very pleasant experience overall.
