We have had a very positive experience with Phelps & Cohen Orthodontics! They send helpful reminders so we never miss an appointment and also always run on schedule! The staff is friendly as well!

I have been going to Phelps & Cohen since I was in 4th grade. I am on my second phase of braces and it's been a great experience. I love the Drs, Assistants and staff. They are all very nice, helpful, gentle and friendly. They make me feel comfortable and have made my experience really great. Their office is really nice and clean. They provide a toothbrush station for you to clean up before your appt in case you didn't get a chance to brush before coming. Also their check in monitor is fast and easy. You should go to them for your braces!

This orthodontics facility is very high quality and welcoming. Phelps and Cohen have a very calming vibe, even the waiting rooms are filled with things to entertain. They made my braces experience very fun and creative and gave me choices in how to go about my Orthodontics journey. Enjoyed this place.

Phelps and Cohen is the preferred Orthodontist office in San Jose. They have multiple orthodontists who all work together to create a seamless experience in aligning your teeth to achieve a beautiful smile. They always recommend the most conservative and painless methods. The office is always clean with the most modern equipment. Educated staff are efficient and friendly. I have successfully completed two phases of braces (necessary to avoid oral surgery) and love my results. Look no further, this is the place to go for a perfect smile.

One of our children just got his braces off and now the other is going through the process of getting them on. Everything about Phelps & Cohen is easy as it is well run. My son says that everyone who works there is very nice;-). I have to agree, it is a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We have been so impressed by Phelps and Cohen. Not only were they recommended by many friends, but my own dentist told us about them as well. They are friendly, professional and well organized. They immediately made my son feel at ease and explained everything to him before beginning. The care we have received has been outstanding!

Phelps and Cohen Orthodontics is amazing! No wonder I was referred by our dentist and so many of my friends for orthodontic care for my child. Very pleased with the process and outcome! Highly recommend for all your orthodontic needs.

Phelps and Cohen....both are great orthodontists. This was my 2nd place that I was consulting. The 1st said that I needed to have one tooth pulled and then the teeth would be pulled to one side to make them straight. Sounded to weird, so I came to Phelps/Cohen. No teeth pulled for me. They started with a 'video' of my teeth and then were able to 'almost' show me what they would do to them. I liked what I saw, and so did my mom. The price was a little higher than the 1st consult, but that consult did not include the tooth pulling.
With Cohen/Phelps, I was also able to get clear brackets on my top teeth, so that my senior picture would look less likely to see me in braces. I'm almost done with the program, and my teeth are looking great! I recommend the Phelps and Cohen Damon approach. Staff are easy to work with and you should see them on Halloween!
I've gone to 4 orthodontists for consultations before settling with Phelps and Cohen. My husband thought that was a little too excessive but getting braces is a big commitment for us and for our son. I wanted to make sure it was a very informed decision and that we were all comfortable with the doctors and staff.
We are still new to the office but so far so good. Everything is coming along great and what I love most is that the office is mindful of my busy schedule. I am in and out in less than 20 mins and of course my son loves their reward programs!!!! I am also very happy with the staff. They are patient with us and always take the time to explain the procedures to my son. This helps put all of us at ease.
